Pricing and setup questions

How does the monthly minimum work?
Each month you pay the greater of $29 or your usage at $0.33 per 1,000 emails. The minimum is credited against usage and is never added on top.
Are there setup fees or an annual contract?
The standard plan has no setup fee and runs month to month. Custom migration or agency-specific work is priced separately.
Does UseSES guarantee inbox placement?
No. UseSES improves domain authentication, reputation control, suppression, and sending consistency. Your lists, consent, content, and sending habits still affect placement.
Is a dedicated IP included?
The standard plan uses a managed shared pool. Dedicated IPs and agency-specific arrangements are available separately when volume and sending consistency support them.
Which HighLevel email types are supported?
HighLevel documents standard workflow email modules and bulk email as supported through its custom email provider. HighLevel documents triggers as unsupported through that route. We confirm the email types your agency needs before moving traffic.
Does our agency pay Amazon as well?
No. The $0.33 per 1,000 price covers the standard UseSES service and email sending. Your agency may still pay AWS for optional services outside the standard setup.
